Lease Documentation Administrator - Calgary, AB

My client, a large Commercial Property Management firm is currently seeking a Lease Documentation Administrator for their Calgary office. This role will support the Vice President, and requires a seasoned professional with Commercial Property Management experience. Duties

  • Preparation of lease documentation including offers to lease, amendments and consent agreements
  • Responsible for delivery of lease administration services and communicating with internal departments
  • Maintenance of lease document tracking status database
  • Preparation of vacancy reports and other internal reporting as required
  • Handles leasing inquiries from industry contacts when contact are unavailable
  • Customer interface dealing with tenants, brokers and industry contacts
  • Work with other departments, finance and accounting, acquisitions, etc…

Requirements

  • University/College degree in related field; an asset
  • Experience as a Legal Assistant with a law firm would be an asset
  • Previous JD Edwards experience is preferred
  • Alberta Real Estate License, or RPA designation would be ideal
